Educational Qualification:
a Diploma Certificate in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) from the State Council for Engineering & Technical Education or its equivalent.
a higher qualification (i.e., a Bachelor’s degree like B.E./B.Tech) in the respective engineering stream are also eligible to apply.

General (UR), EWS & OBC ₹ 200
SC, ST & PWD (of West Bengal only) ₹ 50.
